Effective April 1st, 2024 - BSA Membership Fee Increase

Effective April 1st, 2024, Membership Fees to BSA National will Increase

You will notice National has increased the registration for Youth and Adult members by five dollars.

Attached below is an infographic you may utilization. These changes will take effect on April 1^st, 2024.

Blue Ridge Mountains Council membership fees will remain the same at $25.00 annual program fee.
The New Member fee will remain the same at $25.00 (only paid by any individual joining the BSA for the first time).

Youth fee will be increased to $85.00 a year.
Adult volunteers in a unit or district level will be increased to $65.00 a year.
Merit Badge Counselors fee will remain the same at $25.00 a year.
Scout Life magazine fee will remain the same at $15.00 per year.
