2026 Camp Card Leader's Guide
Dates to Remember:
January 21st – Camp Card distribution; cards available at the Council Service Center or from your District Executive
Each Unit should fill out the necessary documentation (2026 Camp Commitment Form) to receive cards.
February 1st – Camp Card sale starts
February 13th – Prize Drawing #1
February 27th – Prize drawing #2
March 13th – Prize Drawing #3
April 1st – Camp Card Sale ends
April 3rd – Prize drawing #4
April 8th – All unsold cards and money due to the Council;Deadline for 50% commission
April 15th – Deadline for 40% commission. All units that are unpaid after this date will receive 30% commission. All unsold cards must be returned to the Council Service Center.
Commissions
Regular commissions from the 2026 Camp Card program are 50% if your unit is paid full by Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
Commissions drop to 40% for accounts settled between April 8, 2026 and April 15, 2026.
Commissions will drop to 30% for accounts settled after April 15, 2026.
After May 1, 2026, units will owe $2.50 for each un-returned card.
