Internet Recharter 2.0 is scheduled to release on October 15th for all units to submit their renewals online. We have created an FAQ, along with an Internet Recharter User Guide, to give you the opportunity to review the new platform and provide the necessary tools to your council staff when supporting the volunteers with submitting their Internet Charter Renewal. An instructional video walking the viewer through each step of the new Internet Recharter 2.0 experience will be coming soon.

As promised, the sandbox environment has been opened to units and councils for training on the new recharter process. To access, please navigate to https://advancementspp.scouting.org and enter your credentials. You will use the same username as you would to access any of the Scoutbook tools. The generic password for this sandbox is “Training21!”. Please be sure to pass this information onto your units.

As a reminder, only those units whose charter expires on 12/31/2021 currently have access to the sandbox. We expect to open this up for those units later in the year. Development and function releases are still occurring within this sandbox. It is expected that you may run into some small errors. Please hold any feedback or error reporting until the process is finalized and released on 10/15/2021.

We hope that you will find the new system has been improved and streamlined to provide a more user-friendly experience. Thank you for your continued support of the Scouting
