Scouting fun and adventure on the Blue Ridge Scout Reservation and beyond does not stop after Camp Powhatan and Camp Ottari complete their regular summer seasons.
Adventures from 1 to 5 days with difficultly levels from moderate to challenging are available. After summer camp, do one or do them all. Space is limited, so sign up soon!
Come out and join the Wild West Adventure, fun for all Cub Scouts!
June 21 - 25, 2021 8:30 am - 4:00 pm each day.
Cost $65 includes T-shirt and all supplies for activities.
NYLT is - an intense, challenging 5-day outdoor training course designed to develop Unit Youth Leaders - for ages 13 to 18 years old - a positive experience for youth leaders - focused on What a Leader must BE, what a Leader must KNOW, and what a Leader must DO.
Summer is the perfect season for you to spend quality time with your family. One of the most rewarding and character-building things you can do together is to go camping, and I hope you consider taking your Scout to a session of Cub and Webelos Adventure Camp.
This year's theme is Back to the Old West.
Are you an energetic person who loves the outdoors, adventure and enjoys teaching new skills to younger kids and looking for an “INTERNSHIP” during the summer? If so, WE NEED YOU to be on our camp staff in 2020! Paid staff opportunities are available at our Blue Ridge Scout Reservation and you DO NOT need to be a Scout! Opportunities exist at our camps - POWHATAN, AND CLAYTOR LAKE! Camp operates from June 6 thru July 24th .
We have specific needs for an Aquatics Director at Claytor Lake and Health Officer at both sites!
