Any adult involved in Scouting, from unit committee members to unit leaders, should attend Wood Badge. The course content and leadership principles apply to all Scouters, of all leadership positions. There are four prerequisits all adults must meet to be eligidbe to attend:
- You must be registered with BSA.
- You may not have previously attended Wood Badge for the 21st Century. (If you have taken the Boy Scout and/or Cub Scout Wood Badge courses or did not complete the 21st Century Course, you MAY attend.)
- You must have completed Basic Training for your registered Scouting position.
- You must be capable of functioning safely in an outdoor environment (Class 3 Physical required).
