Training targeted towards all Scouting Leaders and Scouts, regardless of program they are registered in.

This training experience will provide leaders of all Scout programs with the basic outdoor skill information needed to start a Scouting program right.  This is the required outdoor training for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters.

Baden Powell began Wood Badge training in 1919 as a way to ensure that the leaders of Scout troops were properly trained. Since then, Wood Badge has been held worldwide, providing advanced leadership training to thousands of Scout leaders.

By taking Wood Badge, Scouters will acquire valuable tools such as listening, communicating, conflict management, project planning and leading change.

National Youth Leadership Training program (NYLT) provides youth leaders with valuable leadership and training experience.

NYLT teaches Scouts leadership skills and challenges them tothink about what it means to be a leader.
