Welcome Center
Camp Ottari's new 3,000 square foot Al Croy Welcome Center serves as a lodging, administration, and training facility. The building has many modern features, including wireless internet, audiovisual/presentation equipment and HVAC. It serves as home for the Camp Director and Program Director in the summer, and for campmasters in the winter.

Waterfront Teaching Area
This covered instruction area also doubles as boat storage. It provides welcome relief from the elements during merit badge classes and other training programs.
